Queensland-based builder-developer BPG Developments has secured Development Approval for its latest luxury beachfront development on 66 Jefferson Lane, Palm Beach, with an estimated end value of $165 million.
The 1,733sqm amalgamated site, which sits on the beach side of Gold Coast Highway, will be transformed into an ultra-luxury residential address comprising 58 apartments, three townhouses and eight penthouses.
Set to be called Palmiere, the project will launch to the market early next year.
The Plus Studio-designed Palmiere project draws on Palm Beach’s coastal character, to create a ‘sunbaked’ palette of raw, earthy hues like blush and rust, complemented by travertine finishes to deliver a building that is characterised by soft curves and organic forms.
Future Palmiere residents will have access to exceptional wellness facilities - including a state-of-the-art gym, a custom-designed sauna, luxurious spa and outdoor shower, surrounding an expansive amenities deck that will boast a pool, cabanas, sunbeds and lush landscaping throughout.

This is the second successful Development Approval for the developer in as many weeks, following BPG Developments’ recent approval for a landmark $250 million luxury residential building in Maud Street, Newstead, taking the team’s total portfolio value to circa $500 million, and representing the builder-developer’s continued expansion across Southeast Queensland.
BPG Developments’ 2,420sqm Maud Street project is the team’s largest development site to-date, representing three separate titles that were acquired in two transactions over a 12-month period.
The two significant permits achieved in November cap off a busy year for BPG Developments as it solidifies its presence as an increasingly active builder-developer in the Queensland market.
BPG Developments currently has five completed or planned projects across Brisbane and Gold Coast within its portfolio, totaling circa $500 million end value.
BPG Developments Co-founder Nick Parr said:
“Palmiere reflects the next phase in Palm Beach’s evolution as one of the Gold Coast’s most sought-after residential markets. Our vision was to deliver a project of enduring quality - one that responds to its beachfront location through thoughtful design and functionality. As a builder-developer, we have full oversight of every stage of delivery, which gives us greater control over quality, timelines and outcomes, and provides purchasers with confidence in both the process and the final product.”
BPG Developments Co-founder Glen Williams said:
“Palmiere represents a natural extension of BPG Developments’ growing coastal portfolio and reinforces our commitment to delivering high-calibre residential projects across Southeast Queensland. Palm Beach embodies the core principles of our approach. A bespoke, refined design, exceptional craftsmanship and a genuine connection to place. Each project we undertake is considered and deliberate, with a focus on long-term value and design integrity rather than volume.”

MOTIV Founder Carly Cottam said:
“Palm Beach is currently the fourth most searched suburb in the Gold Coast for property and it’s not hard to see why. Palm Beach has a tight-knit community feel and offers proximity to some of the area’s best restaurants and beaches. Palmiere will appeal to a large section of the market seeking a luxury address in an attainable price point, just one block back from the beach. A site like this is incredibly rare and we expect the market to react positively and swiftly when we launch early next year.”
BPG Developments will look to launch Palmiere in January 2026.
