Helmed by Founder and CEO Carly Cottam, MOTIV has identified Brisbane as a key growth opportunity for off-the-plan development. The new office in Teneriffe not only cements MOTIV's permanent site presence in Brisbane but also demonstrates their strength as one of the city's most formidable project marketing agencies. With the expansion, the team has grown to nine members this year, further showcasing MOTIV's commitment to excellence and growth in the industry.
MOTIV's impressive track record includes collaborations with award-winning developers throughout Southeast Queensland. In addition to their new Brisbane headquarters, MOTIV also operates a second office on the Gold Coast, further solidifying their presence and influence in the region.

Our new Brisbane HQ is very much an extension of our brand. The brief was simple: a sophisticated palette and a workshop (Atelier) for our team, developers, and buyers alike. Most of the time our sales teams work from branded spaces, specific to a project, however in some instances on more boutique offerings a neutral or white-labelled space is required.
We wanted our new space to capture the industry's attention, and we are very much capitalising on the future of development in Southeast Queensland and particularly, Brisbane. We’re experiencing incredibly strong interest from both local and interstate developers who are in the acquisition or planning and design phase of some very prestigious and landmark projects."
