Hamilton Avenue
Designed by DKO, Hamilton Avenue is a collection of full-floor residences, each spanning 293 square metres with 25 metres of ocean frontage. Residents step from the lift onto their own private level, with no corridors and no shared walls.
Interiors draw on New York and the geometry of Art Deco, layering natural stone, bronze tapware, chevron timber floors and fluted glass. The living space opens to the northeast as a veranda in the sky, while the master bedroom looks north along the coastline.
Shared spaces centre on wellness: a horizon-edge pool facing the ocean, a private gym studio, and a tropical retreat with steam room, sauna, spa, cold plunge, treatment room and open-air shower.
