Brisbane developer/builder, Graya, is enjoying more sales success in its latest multi-residential projects, as it launches the penthouse collection in its newest luxury project.
‘Chalk’, which is under construction on Moray Street in New Farm, will feature 10 house-sized apartments, with the jewels in its crown being two exclusive penthouses.
Each penthouse will span two levels and feature three large bedrooms with ensuites, four car parks, a private rooftop, panoramic city views, and sleek, modern design elements.
“We have saved the best for last with the two penthouses,” Graya director Andrew Gray said. “Designed by Graya’s in-house team of architects, they exemplify a design ethos that maximises space, light and expansive views, while affording privacy and security.
“The unbeatable combination of their north-east orientation and panoramic city views are paired with an extraordinary attention to detail, from precisely crafted stone accents to European oak flooring and enormous entertainer’s kitchens.”
It comes in the wake of Graya selling the penthouse in its Art Deco-inspired ‘York’ development down the road in Bowen Terrace, New Farm.
Carly Cottam, managing director of MOTIV, said the residence sold to a buyer from the Sunshine Coast for $6.5 million.
Another two of the units have sold also — Level 4 for a confidential price and Level 2 for $4.95m, both to local buyers.
‘York’ will deliver five apartments of house-like proportions across five levels, capturing sweeping outlooks of Teneriffe Hill down the Brisbane River towards Kangaroo Point and the Brisbane CBD.
The sales reinforce the growing appetite for luxury apartments in inner Brisbane.
