Construction at The Rochester continues to progress strongly, with the tower now rising past Level 31 and the building taking on its final form against the skyline.
While the structure climbs, work inside is gathering real momentum. Façade installation is complete through to Level 27, interior joinery is underway, and lifts are being installed across the lower and middle levels of the building. Around the amenity spaces, the pool has begun to take shape and work on the lobby is now underway.
To see this progress firsthand, MOTIV Director Carly Cottam and Marketing Manager Elysia Giles went inside the residences for an early look. Their visit offers a first glimpse of the finishes now coming together. The materials, detailing and craftsmanship already in place give a real sense of how the finished homes will look and feel.
With construction on track for completion in Q4 2027, The Rochester is moving steadily towards its final chapter. We look forward to sharing more as the residences continue to come to life.
