Queensland project marketing agency MOTIV has strengthened its presence in South East Queensland with the opening of a new Gold Coast office, cementing its position as a major player in the region’s off-the-plan property market.
“Opening our second office in South East Queensland marks an important step in MOTIV’s journey. Over the past six years, MOTIV has grown from a boutique Brisbane operation into one of the region’s most prominent project marketing specialists, working on a range of high-value residential developments.
Across MOTIV’s SEQ portfolio spanning Brisbane and the Gold Coast, off-the-plan enquiry activity has surged, with enquiries up 87.7 per cent in 2023-24 and 3.6 per cent year-on-year in 2024-25, with six weeks remaining in 2025.
“The Gold Coast has transformed from a boom-and-bust market into a self-sustaining ecosystem,” Ms Cottam said. “It’s driven by professionals, families and downsizers choosing the lifestyle, connectivity and design this region offers. That shift has created a highly competitive, highly emotive market, and it’s exactly why we’ve established a permanent presence here. “This isn’t about being bigger, it’s about being sharper and closer to the markets we influence, so we can continue to deliver for developers, buyers, and our partners across the region.”
The Gold Coast office will be led by MOTIV’s senior leadership team, supported by specialist off-the-plan agents and integrated marketing staff with local, interstate, and international experience.
While the Gold Coast office represents a major step in the agency’s expansion, Brisbane remains a key focus. On the Gold Coast, MOTIV has recently launched Sandpiper and Camilla, with Palmiere in Palm Beach set to follow before year-end, and a further three projects scheduled to launch in Brisbane in the first quarter of next year.
