MOTIV Group is pleased to share the first construction update for Sandpiper, following the completion of demolition works on site.
G&H has now commenced Early Works, encompassing the site retention system, piling pad, foundations, bulk excavation and dewatering. This phase is expected to be completed in July 2027, paving the way for main works to begin with tower construction in August 2027.
Overall project completion is set for September 2030, with the construction team behind The Rochester set to move onto Sandpiper at that stage, following the successful delivery of that project. Trades are currently being locked in as the project progresses toward this next stage of delivery.
