As MOTIV continues to grow alongside an expanding pipeline of projects across Southeast Queensland, the business has welcomed three new team members, further strengthening the capabilities behind its project marketing platform.

The additions come at a time of significant momentum for the company, with multiple projects currently active across Brisbane and the Gold Coast and several new campaigns preparing to enter market. Strengthening the team ensures MOTIV can continue delivering the strategic thinking, operational rigour and client experience that underpin successful project launches.

Amanda Jepson: Strengthening Operational Foundations

Supporting the broader business operations is Amanda, who brings extensive experience across real estate operations, business management and property development environments.

 

With a background spanning residential and off-the-plan sales support as well as executive-level operational roles, Amanda works closely with leadership to ensure the internal systems and frameworks behind the business continue to evolve as the company grows.

 

Her role focuses on streamlining processes, strengthening internal structures and supporting the operational foundations that allow the team to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.

Cassie Mullins: Strengthening Sales Expertise

Joining the sales team is Cassie, who brings more than two decades of experience across sales and marketing. Throughout her career, Cassie has worked with some of Australia’s most recognised brands, developing a reputation for her client-focused approach and ability to deliver strong outcomes.

 

Her experience across both sales and marketing provides a valuable perspective when guiding buyers through the apartment market. Combining strategic thinking with a creative mindset, Cassie works closely with clients to help them navigate the purchasing process with clarity and confidence.

 

A proud Brisbane local with a deep understanding of the Southeast Queensland market, Cassie’s strong regional knowledge allows her to provide considered guidance to both homebuyers and investors, aligning individual goals with the right opportunities.

Kya Roberts: Supporting Sales and Contracts Delivery

Also joining the team is Kya, who takes on the role of Sales & Contracts Administrator. Kya plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day sales and contracts process, helping ensure the administrative and operational aspects of project sales run smoothly.

 

Her experience across real estate administration and sales support has provided a strong understanding of the systems, documentation and coordination required to support high-performing sales teams.

 

Known for her organised and solutions-focused approach, Kya helps maintain the structure and attention to detail required to support successful project delivery.

The three new additions reflect MOTIV’s continued investment in both talent and internal capability as the business expands.
